An international education provider is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist/Coordinator to manage and coordinate strategic staff development initiatives. This role involves logistics management for various programs, supporting onboarding, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft 365. The position offers a full-time contract and is remote within the UK.

To provide high-quality programme management and administrative support for strategic staff development initiatives. This role ensures the smooth delivery, coordination, and scalability of initiatives offered by the L&D team by managing logistics, communications, data tracking, and platform support. It plays a critical role in enhancing the learning experience for participants and contributing to Study Group’s strategic goals for staff, manager and leadership development.
