Learning & Development Specialist £45K Stansted or Prestwick

AVIATION INDUSTRY

You will be responsible for creating the right culture and environment by delivering high quality training initiatives which encourage internal and external client personal growth and skill development.

The role offers the opportunity for learning professionals to work in the dynamic aviation sector, and utilise their skills to analyse, design, develop, and deliver high impact training interventions to meet organisational needs and those of external clients.

At least two years experience in a teaching / training role, or a similar Learning and Development role, preferably in the aviation industry.

  • Level 3 CTLLS (or above) or equivalent.
  • Level 5 CMI or L5 ILM Leadership & Management (or above) or willing to obtain qualification.
  • Level 3 TAQA Assessing or equivalent or willing to obtain qualification.
  • Level 4 IQA Internal Quality Assurance Desirable.
