Job summary

Booker is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Partner to help colleagues learn, grow and succeed. The role focuses on Health, Safety & Legal training, behavioural development and leadership learning, with regular travel across locations.

You will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive performance while enhancing the colleague experience.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll support the design and delivery of engaging learning experiences that build capability, drive performance and enhance the colleague experience.

• Using learning outcomes and business feedback to continuously improve programmes and learning experiences.
• Promoting inclusive and accessible learning opportunities for all colleagues.
• Supporting business change and capability-building initiatives.
• Ensuring learning activities comply with relevant governance, compliance and safety requirements.
• Managing your workload effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timescales.

You will need

• Experience working in a fast-paced operational, retail, foodservice, wholesale, customer-facing or people-focused environment.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, training or supporting others to learn in addition to knowledge of learning platforms would be advantageous.
• A passion for helping people learn, develop and achieve their potential.
• Confidence presenting information and facilitating discussions with groups of colleagues.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
