Salary: £29,000 - £32,500 per annum
We are seeking a Learning & Development Officer to join a highly respected professional services firm on a 12-month maternity cover contract (February 2026 - February 2027, with potential extension). This is an exciting opportunity to work for an award‑winning, people‑focused organisation recognised for its investment in employee development and wellbeing.
Reporting into the People Director and working closely with two other People Officers, you'll play a key part in supporting learning and development across the firm. You'll be involved in delivering engaging training, coordinating firmwide events, championing wellbeing initiatives, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.
This position can be based from several office locations across Devon and Somerset, with a hybrid working arrangement. Some travel between offices—particularly Exeter and Plymouth—will be required.
