We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple concurrent training programmes, corporate projects, and strategic initiatives. This role combines operational oversight, commercial engagement, and resource management — ensuring our projects run on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end oversight of our corporate training and development portfolio, working closely with leadership to grow our client base, enhance our offerings, and ensure successful delivery through our network of trainers, consultants, and contractors.
