A healthcare organization in Waterlooville is seeking a part-time Learning and Development Lead to join their team. You will oversee day-to-day L&D operations, ensuring training is engaging and compliant, while supporting team development. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in L&D within health or social care. Cornerstone Healthcare are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated, part‑time, Learning and Development Lead to join our People & Culture team. This is a hands‑on and rewarding role supporting the delivery of our organisational Learning and Development strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operation of the L&D function, ensuring training is engaging, compliant, and aligned with our values. You’ll also line‑manage our L&D Facilitators and Coordinator, providing guidance, coaching, and support to create a high‑quality learning experience for all colleagues.
You’ll have experience in Learning and Development or training, ideally within health or social care and a real passion for supporting others to grow. You’ll bring excellent communication and organisational skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine commitment to our values.
25 hours per week

Cornerstone Healthcare provide specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs. Residents who live in our homes primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition which makes them inappropriate candidates for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly. We currently have 4 services based in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Bristol & Mytchett.
