We’re looking for aLearning and Development Leadwho lives and breathesleadership development. You’ll design the practical stuff that helps managers and leaderslevel up fast — from first time managers to experienced senior leaders. Think clearcareer pathways, hands‑on programmes and coaching. You’ll championhigh support and high challenge, keep it human (plain English, zero fluff) and use insight to prove what lands — so people grow, teams thrive and customers feel the difference.
As ourLearning and Development Lead, you’ll turn curiosity into action: spot the need, design the fix, coach the behaviour andprove the difference with insight. If you love that moment when learning clicks — and you’ve got the craft to make it happen again and again — we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive real, visible impact, witnessing behaviour change first‑hand through better conversations, stronger leadership, and improved outcomes for customers. You’ll enjoy creative freedom to try bold ideas, blend formats, and commission where it adds value—always focusing on what delivers the best results. Coaching at scale is central, equipping managers across the business so that high support and high challenge become the standard.
You’ll shape careers by building career pathways that people actually use, leaving behind a legacy colleagues will appreciate. The way you work is flexible; our Hub, Home & Roam approach gives you the autonomy to do your best work in the environment that suits you. Above all, you’ll feel our values in action: building trust, staying curious, making things happen, achieving meaningful impact, and having fun along the way. We keep things plain, practical, and always focused on what matters most.
It’s a bonus if you’ve got a professional coaching or management qualification alongside experience in utilising psychometric tools such as Lumina — but what matters most is your drive to make it happen and your alignment with our values.
