A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Learning and Development Lead responsible for designing and delivering professional learning for all staff. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of development activities, focusing on leadership, coaching, and team effectiveness. Candidates must have a Master's degree or equivalent, coaching qualifications, and experience in a learning role, particularly in a complex organization like the NHS. This position offers a salary range of £47,810 to £54,710 per year.
The Learning and Development Lead is responsible for the co-design and co-delivery of high-quality, professional learning and development provision for all staff across West Suffolk Foundation Trust, and other partners as required.
This role has a particular focus on leadership, management, team development, coaching and mentoring, and non-clinical skills development in line with the Trust's strategy and national workforce priorities.
The postholder will manage a diverse portfolio of learning and development activities, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of programmes that support individual and group learning. Key areas include leadership and management, career development, change management, behavioural and cultural change, and wellbeing and inclusion.
The role also involves planning and facilitating training events, curating and creating learning materials, commissioning externally accredited programmes (excluding apprenticeships), and ensuring an excellent staff learning experience through data-driven evaluation.
All activities must align with Trust and national strategies to support the organisation's current and future workforce ambitions.
