A public health organization in Bristol is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to deliver a program for the Research Systems Programme. Responsibilities include providing strategic learning advice, implementing training strategies, and designing various learning formats. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, experience in e-learning design, and strong communication skills. This role offers a salary range of £31,049 to £37,796 per year, with flexible and remote working options.
The learning and development facilitator will be responsible for the delivery of the programme of learning for the Research Systems Programme (Future IRAS). This post is key to the successful, safe and correct use of Future IRAS for the HRA. The post holder will work closely with the skills and capability manager and manage the digital learning required to support Future IRAS. They are expected to have experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE), instructional design principles and the design, development and delivery of e‑learning.
Provide strategic capability, learning and development advice and support to staff, managers, teams, change programmes and external stakeholders. Facilitate a culture where professionalism is valued and support people delivering services in health and social care research. Drive the implementation of the training strategy across the HRA landscape, analysing core IT skills, existing training requirements and the correct learning methodologies (70/20/10). Design and deliver face‑to‑face, self‑paced, webinar and interactive e‑learning to meet programme objectives.
