A well-established organisation in Peterborough is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will manage training logistics and support learning activities within the HR department. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential. This opportunity is with a well-established organisation based in Peterborough (at least one day per week on site). Due to continued growth they are currently recruiting or a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team initially on a 12 month FTC basis with potential for extension. Your main role as the Learning & Development Coordinator is to manage training logistics, systems and records, to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all staff.
