  • Design and deliver learning interventions including workshops and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through performance metrics.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Sourcing and managing relationships with external training providers.
  • Support Talent and Development Business Partner in identifying learning and development needs across the business.
