Job description

We are currently seeking a passionate Learning & Development Advisor to join the L&D team at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global.

As our Learning and Development Advisor, you will support the development of our Team Members Confidence and Capability. By providing coaching, designing and delivering high quality workshops and learning tools to improve product knowledge & service capabilities.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Design, manage & deliver our Team Member Welcome event, insuring an inspiring and innovative beginning to the employee lifecycle
  • Deliver regular onsite service training sessions & coaching. Maintaining clear learning records (via our LMS Mapal), and needs analysis
  • Identifying learning needs for assigned sites by completing regular training needs analysis, reviewing Guest feedback, trade reports, mystery dinners and personal observations
  • Support the Operations Team by delivering regular training workshops
  • Manage, Maintain and design relevant systems training tools
About You:
  • Experience in a similar role working with multiple sites within hospitality or retail
  • Experience of project management and implementation
  • Self-motivated drive and work ethic able to work without close supervision
  • Good working knowledge of HR & Learning Management Systems and best practice People development processes
  • Excellent communicator and able to connect with all levels in the business with the ability to motivate your colleagues.
  • Effective organisational skills; able to prioritise tasks and self-manage a workload
  • Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
  • Friendly, approachable and professional
