A leading transformation consultancy is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to support the Royal Navy's Service Personnel during their transition to civilian life. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on learning paths, organize developmental activities, and ensure accurate education records. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and effective planning abilities. The role offers a salary of up to £28,000 and various employee benefits designed to enhance personal growth.
Full-time role, 37.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday). Taunton/Lympstone. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. This role plays a vital part within the Royal Navy’s Learning and Development Organisation (LDO), supporting Service Personnel as they prepare for their transition into civilian life. Working closely with the LDO Hub Team Leader, you will provide expert resettlement guidance, offer clear advice on accessible learning and development pathways for Service Personnel and their families, and help identify education and career focused opportunities that align with current and future Royal Navy promotion and training needs. You will be required to work between offices in Lympstone and Taunton.
