Duties
  • To manage and oversee the Apprentice learner onboarding and enrolment process, supporting with the transitioning of learners throughout their learning journey, as well as ensuring that all paperwork is completed compliantly and maintained accurately.
  • Conduct individual or group enrolment sessions, ensuring clear, accurate and consistent information is provided.
  • Identify learner support needs early (including initial assessment indicators) and share with internal teams.
  • Work in partnership with the Business Development team, to clarify caseloads, cohort start timelines and the collection of any missing learner/employment data.
  • Compile and return feedback from employers and learners post-enrolment, utilising the data to support service improvement.
  • To execute all administrative processes and systems, ensuring they are operated in an efficient manner and are quality/data protection and GDPR compliant.
Essential Criteria
  • Must have experience of working within a similar role within the Apprenticeships sector, with a good working knowledge of ESFA funding rules.
  • Experience of working with MIS platforms (e.g. Aptem/Maytas).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
