Location: West Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield)
Salary: £35,000 £40,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hybrid

As the Learner Engagement Manager, you ll be the driving force behind learner recruitment and engagement across West Yorkshire.
You ll:
Manage the learner journey from first enquiry through to enrolment.
Build and nurture partnerships with Jobcentre Plus, community organisations, and local employers.
Deliver 6 8 Bootcamp cohorts per month, ensuring quality and compliance.
Promote programmes through digital outreach and community engagement.
Collaborate with delivery and compliance teams to hit engagement, retention, and progression targets.
This is a hybrid position requiring regular travel across the West Yorkshire region.
Proven experience in learner engagement, employability, or funded training programmes.
Demonstrable success in meeting learner recruitment or apprenticeship start targets.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Proactive, empathetic, and motivational approach.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
Knowledge of Skills Bootcamps, ASF, or AEB funding.
Experience working with DWP, Jobcentre Plus, or local authorities.
