My Four Wheels is one of the most trusted and fastest-growing driving schools in the UK, with 200 driving instructors currently on the road and hundreds more in our training program who will soon be hitting the roads.

Due to COVID-related test centre backlogs, there is a record number of learner drivers needing instruction.

In the last 12 months, our driving instructors' hourly rates have increased by an average of £3 due to high demand.

Furthermore, over 70% of our instructors have waiting lists, some as long as 6 months. There has never been a better time to become a driving instructor.

Who Can Become a Driving Instructor?

We have recruited individuals from diverse industries, including:

• Driving industry (HGV driver, delivery driver, van driver, LGV driver, bus driver)
• Finance industry (finance manager, accountant, analyst, supervisor, director)
• IT industry (IT support, cybersecurity, web designer, engineer, web developer)
• Health industry (care assistant, care manager, care trainer, doctor, nurse)
• Education industry (teacher, teaching assistant, admin officer, personal assistant, lecturer)

Training and Requirements

• Full training provided, conducted locally where possible.
• Our pass rates are well above the industry average.
• We refund all training fees when you work with us.
• To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a full UK driving licence (or approved foreign licence) for at least 2.5 years.
• Not have been banned from driving in the last 4 years.
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence.
