A leading service management company is seeking a Learning & Development Designer for their Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS) contract. This role involves designing engaging eLearning solutions and managing content to ensure alignment with Defence Systems Approach to Training. Ideal candidates will have strong eLearning design experience and excellent stakeholder management skills. The contract is for 24 months, offering hybrid working arrangements and a salary of up to £40,000 per annum plus benefits.
