As a Production Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance, driving process adherence, and supporting the implementation of quality standards. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of LEAN methodology and experience in manufacturing processes, taking part in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of LEAN methodology and associated tools and techniques.
• Experienced in writing process documentation including Works Instructions, Quality Control Plans and relevant quality documentation.
• General experience in a variety of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure H&S policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Maintain good working practices and workplace organisation (5S).
• Ensure Process adherence driving right first time performance.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality standards.
