Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Process Engineer to join their engineering team within a leading manufacturing business. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, supporting new product introductions, and delivering manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead Lean and CI initiatives, manage projects from concept to production handover, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance quality, efficiency, and production performance while ensuring robust documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in a Process or Manufacturing Engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean/CI methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage engineering projects from concept through to production handover.
• Support equipment installation and commissioning.
• Investigate and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
• Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, BOMs, PFMEAs, ECRs and ECOs.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation.
• Work cross-functionally to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance.
