Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is seeking an ambitious Operational Excellence Facilitator to join our Severnside site in Stonehouse. You will lead and support site-wide initiatives using Lean, TPM and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste and boost operational performance.

You will work closely with operations teams to coach colleagues and deploy effective improvement projects. Key responsibilities include facilitating projects, analysing data to uncover opportunities, coaching teams, and

Qualifications

• Experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma principles (Green Belt desirable).
• Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive approach with a passion for driving positive change and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support Operational Excellence projects across site.
• Use data analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coach and influence teams to drive positive operational change.
• Deploy Lean and TPM tools including 5S, SMED, Autonomous Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis and Standard Work.
• Drive continuous improvement activities focused on eliminating waste and improving efficiency.
• Support the development and delivery of local performance management systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and enhance productivity.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver sustainable improvements.
• Deliver on-the-job coaching and training to support colleague development.
