Job summary

Syensqo is a science company seeking a ME Change Agent Manager to coach site ME projects, transfer change management expertise to site teams and middle management, and to create conditions for sustainable results and continuous improvement.

The role includes leading Lean activities, reducing waste, and deploying continuous improvement processes across the site. You will drive change management practices and support cross-site collaboration within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Experience of Leadership and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience of driving improvements using lean tools.
• Hands on approach with ability to influence across all levels.
• Good stakeholder management and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Improvement Activities in a planned and structured way.
• Coach and train Lean Activities.
• Coach to change mindset of change in others.
• Reduce waste and increase productivity using SMED, 7 Wastes, Kaizen, and other lean tools.
• Plan year-long activities across Site Production to improve KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Use A1 forms to demonstrate activity selection and outcomes; monitor performance post-activity.
• Assist and be part of other teams' activities and projects when requested.
• FOD Champion role.
• 5S Champion role.
