The Role: Leadership Trainer - India Are you passionate about leadership? Do you thrive on inspiring others to grow? Zodiac Maritime has some great leaders at sea, but in this role, you will assist taking our leaders to an enhanced level. We are on the lookout for a dynamic Trainer to deliver and enhance our bespoke Leadership Development Programme for our Officers and Ratings. This is your chance to make a real impact at sea and ashore. The role:

  • Deliver engaging, high impact leadership training across a range of maritime ranks and backgrounds.
  • Adapt sessions to suit different learning styles and experience levels - no two groups are the same!
  • Apply and integrate various leadership theories to real-world maritime challenges.
  • Use your insights to analyse leadership shortfalls, using case studies from regulated industries.
  • Keep our head office informed with concise update and performance reporting.
  • Manager session delivery within budget, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
  • Proven facilitation and adult learning experience.
  • A solid understanding of leadership theory - and the confidence to apply it creatively.
  • Strong communication, presentation and administrative skills.
  • Maritime experience (such as time spent as a Merchant Navy or military officer, or teaching in maritime education) is a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to spend time onboard one of our vessels to understand our unique onboard culture.
