Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking five Leadership Support Officers on a full-time basis and one on a part-time basis to provide professional, proactive administrative support to Directors. The role is hybrid, with at least three days in the office.

This busy role requires diary management, IT proficiency, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to research, summarise and analyse data while working well in a team.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week Full Time, and 18.5hrs per week part time

Worker Type: Hybrid

Salary: Starting Salary is £32,597(Level one) rising to £35,412 (Level four) per annum ‘pro rata for part-time’ (pay award pending)

About The Role

We are looking for 5 Leadership Support Officers full time and 1 Leadership Support Officer part time, to provide a professional, proactive and efficient administrative support to Directors in Nottingham City Council. The role is hybrid and the expectation is at least three days in the office.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy environment alongside colleagues, external partners and citizens.

This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English, is an essential requirement for the role
