Retail Insights in London is seeking a dynamic leader to head its Leadership Program, driving growth, team building and conference strategy. You will recruit and guide a world-class team, shaping the brand’s direction and delivering outstanding events and content.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, ambitious mindset, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments such as consulting, investment banking, or startups.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up).
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results; MBA considered a plus.

Retail Insights is part of United Media which focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

The Opportunity.

On the Leadership Program, you will run, grow and manage all aspects of Retail Insights. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of the conference and strategy of the brand.

Requirement

• +4 years’ experience from an institution with high speed and work ethic e.g. management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate or start-up.
• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, maybe followed by an MBA
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record delivering results.
• UK, EU or US work permit
