Job summary

5 Star Recruitment is seeking a Leadership Development Practitioner to design and deliver leadership development training, coaching and mentoring, and coordinate with partner agencies to support learners. The role requires substantial management experience and a track record in delivering development programmes, preferably in social care or related fields.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates substantial experience as a manager and leader, three years plus at middle leadership levels.
• Experience in delivering training and supporting learners through development programmes ideally delivering Leadership and Management programmes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing change and service/practice improvement.
• Demonstrates an ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of training programs.
• Experience of supporting the development of others and understanding learning needs.
• Experience of providing supervision, coaching or mentoring to others.
• Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, external agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Experience of supporting, managing and assess learners on development programmes.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs that drive engagement and skill development. Desirably within children's social care services.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver targeted leadership development training.
• Support learners through development programmes and track progress.
• Coach and mentor learners to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with partner organisations to coordinate development initiatives.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust programmes to improve engagement and impact.

• relevant occupational /professional qualification e.g. social work, social care, teaching, health, child care etc.
• Level 3 CMI (Leadership & Management) or above
• Certification in Coaching or mentoring
