Job summary

Bombardier’s London Service Centre at Biggin Hill is seeking a Job Leader, Supply Chain with extensive experience in supplier performance management. You will lead a team of analysts, develop metrics, and drive improvements across procurement, quality, and delivery with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities include implementing performance scorecards, managing supplier risk, and negotiating contracts while ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and communicate feedback to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop interventions to improve supplier performance, including corrective action plans and supplier development programs.
• Work with procurement and quality assurance to ensure supplier compliance with contracts, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and manage supplier risk, including assessing and mitigating quality, delivery, and cost risks.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams to align supplier performance with business objectives.
• Maintain records of supplier performance data, improvement initiatives, and risk management activities.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead and manage a team of supplier performance analysts, providing coaching and development opportunities.
