Are you a passionate and experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapist ready to take the next step in your career?

KIMS Hospital, the largest independent hospital in Kent, is looking for an inspiring leader to head up our Women’s Health Physical Therapy Service.

As the Lead Women’s Health Physical Therapist, you’ll provide expert clinical care to patients with complex presentations, while shaping and growing a robust, safe, and innovative service. You’ll lead by example – managing a small team, supporting colleagues across the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring our patients consistently experience healthcare at its very best.

What you’ll be doing
  • Delivering advanced, evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for women’s health patients, with scope to develop men’s health and oncology services.
  • Acting as a role model and clinical leader, supporting and developing colleagues through supervision, training, and appraisals.
  • Driving service development, innovation, and operational excellence in partnership with consultants and referrers.
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the women’s health service, including governance, safety, and service quality.
  • Championing patient experience, ensuring care is safe, effective, and compassionate at every stage.
Qualifications
  • HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a degree (or equivalent).
Experience
  • Significant post-registration clinical experience in Women’s Health.
  • Proven track record in leading service development (Women’s Health, Men’s Health, and Oncology desirable).
  • A strong, empathetic leader with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiastic, patient-focused, and committed to continuous professional development.
