Job Title: Lead Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer

Due to recently securing new business, our client is seeking a knowledgeable Lead Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer in the Midlands. They are interested in applicants who can confidently undertake BSRIA flushing and back-flushing amongst other pre-commissioning duties across a mixed portfolio of client sites. Qualifications

• Experience working as a Water Treatment Pre-Commissioning Engineer
• Fully versed in BSRIA and ACOP L8 guidelines
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Will have worked across a variety of client sites, including: industrial, commercial and public sector
• Hardworking attitude
• Able to travel in line with company requirements

The Role

• Completing BSRIA flushing and back flushing on water systems
• Pipework chlorinations
• Bio-washes
• Calculating flow-rates
• Water hygiene duties such as: showerhead descales, cleans & disinfections on CWST, acid descales
• Water sampling
• Temperature monitoring
• Keeping an accurate record of works undertaken
• Representing the company in a professional manner
