Job Title: Lead Water Treatment Co-ordinator
Location: Guildford, Surrey.
Salary / Benefits £19k – £30k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Co-ordinator through to Lead Water Treatment Co-ordinator

Profile: A continuously growing and reputable Water Treatment / Legionella company who hold a strong presence across the South East.. They are now seeking to recruit an organised and hard-working Lead Water Treatment Co-ordinator based in and around the Guildford area. The successful candidate will come from a strong Water Treatment background working within an administrator / co-ordinator position, and will be able to confidently manage a team of administrators to ensure day-to-day management of the office, along side , co-ordinating work for site engineers and arranging travel and accommodation.

Applications will be considered from: Woking, Reigate, Windsor, Bracknell, Wokingham, Fleet, Farnham, Farnborough, Frimley, Hook, Alton, Aldershot, Camberley, Basingstoke, Reading.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Will have an administrative / co-ordinator background within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, ideally as a lead administrator / co-ordinator.
  • Will have good organisational skills and able prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong managerial / supervisor skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Competent in using internal / external databases.
The Role
  • Managing the company’s team of administrators, ensuring smooth day to day running of the office.
  • Ensuring company processes and procedures are being followed.
  • Producing RAMS, co-ordinating site engineers and programming in work and projects.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for site staff.
  • Liaising with clients and helping with any queries and providing updates on work progress and providing job closures upon completion of project.
  • Completing and recording purchase orders.
  • Compiling reports.
  • Getting involved with day-to-day administrative tasks, e.g. filing documents, scanning, taking phone calls, updating internal / external databases.
