An established industry player is seeking a Lead Warehouse Trainer to enhance training standards within their logistics operations. This role involves overseeing induction processes, conducting practical training sessions, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. You will collaborate with senior managers and trainers to meet onsite training needs and support colleagues during busy periods. Working within the depot, reporting to the Operations Managers and Health & Safety Advisor. The Lead Warehouse Trainer ensures all training—including working processes, manual handling, MHE training—is delivered to the required standard, with training records maintained for all colleagues. The role involves delivering professional training and development, supporting Managers, Warehouse Trainers, and Colleagues in daily duties. During peak times, you may work within the warehouse and perform other tasks to support business needs. Occasional travel to deliver training to other areas and for personal development, including training and meetings, may be required.
Extra responsibility premium will be added on top of the hourly wage during training periods.
