Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for our Restora­tion Hardware client in Harlow (CM19 5AW). You will lead from the front, motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, productivity, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with a 12:00–20:00 shift. Salary up to £32,500 with 25 days leave plus bank holidays and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse team.
• Hands-on leader with focus on KPI delivery.
• Experience with MHE and WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives, creating a positive, high-performing culture and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, allocate tasks effectively and lead from the front to ensure smooth workflows.
• Drive performance and quality, monitor KPIs and uphold standards for Restoration Hardware.
• Support operational excellence, using WMS systems and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service levels.
