Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a senior Vulnerability Management lead in the UK (Livingston) to set technical direction and drive remediation across engineering teams. You will design automation, integrate security tooling, and guide complex investigations, including CVEs and bug bounty reports, while mentoring engineers and contributing to on-call responses.

You will work with Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and modern cloud platforms, writing production-grade code in Python/Go/Rust and shaping security

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning a technical area in vulnerability management.
• Leading software design for systems processing security data.
• Building LLM-based workflows or agents for production use.
• Mentoring engineers and improving coding practices.
• Strong Linux, containers, cloud and Kubernetes knowledge.
• Ability to assess exposure, exploitability, and controls for risk.
• Hands-on software development in Python, Go or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for Vulnerability Management and lead major areas.
• Lead deployment and integration of security tooling to close gaps.
• Design and build automation for findings, ownership, and remediation.
• Lead investigations of scanner findings, CVEs, and disclosures.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and problem solving.
• Participate in vulnerability response on-call rotation.
