Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate and deliver a high quality, evidence-based SLT service to voice patients across pathways.
Develop an integrated voice and upper airway service pathway across acute and community settings, ensuring seamless patient care.
Provide clinical supervision, training and support to less experienced SLTs on voice and dysphagia.
Provide advanced SLT assessment and treatments for voice patients in various settings including community clinics and UHCW clinics.
Provide strategic clinical leadership in evaluating and developing the voice service pathway and lead service transformation with ENT and multidisciplinary teams.
