Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon for Easipetcare Derby (soon rebranded as Dovedale House). You will lead the clinical team, oversee complex cases, and uphold the highest standards of patient care within the Inspire Vet Care network.

The role offers a 38 or 40 hour week with some Saturday mornings, leadership responsibilities, and a pathway to shape the future identity of the practice during the rebrand.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree and RCVS registration.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
• Experience maintaining clinical governance, audits, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the clinical team.
• Oversee complex cases and provide second opinions.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and compliance with standards.
• Support service development and professional growth within the practice.
