The Role

The practice is looking for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly team and help shape the future of the practice.

You’ll work alongside experienced Vetsand a team of experienced RVNs, taking a key role in supporting the clinical team, developing the practice and helping create an environment where vets can thrive.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead and support the existing veterinary team
• Help develop and grow the practice
• Mentor and support junior vets as the team expands
• Encourage clinical development and knowledge sharing
• Work closely with the other Vets and experienced nursing team
• Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
• Influence the future direction of the practice

About You

We’re looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience working in a small animal practice
• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing others
• Good communication and leadership skills
• A collaborative approach to veterinary care
• The enthusiasm to help a practice continue to grow

Most importantly, you’ll want to be part of a team and have a real say in developing the practice.
