Purosearch Ltd. is sourcing a Lead Veterinary Surgeon for a thriving independent small animal practice in Mansfield.

This role combines hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, guiding two RVNs and a SVN while shaping the future direction of the practice. You’ll have autonomy to influence clinical standards, expand services, and develop client relationships, with strong support from Clinical Directors and potential partnership opportunities.

Competenze

• MRCVS registered veterinary surgeon.
• Proven experience in small animal practice.
• Comfortable working in sole charge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for growing the practice.
