Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care’s Easipetcare in Chatham is seeking a confident Head Veterinary Nurse to lead our nursing team in a busy practice. This is a senior, hands-on role with 40 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, including weekends and bank holidays, with no OOH.

You’ll set nursing standards, drive clinical governance, mentor colleagues, and work with the practice leadership to support growth. A welcome bonus of up to £3,000 is available and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Registered Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Significant experience in clinical practice with advanced medical and surgical nursing skills.
• Proven experience of leading, mentoring and developing nursing teams within a busy FO practice.
