Job summary

Purovets is partnering with one of London’s finest veterinary groups to establish a brand-new practice in Surrey. We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a Clinical Director role from day one, guiding standards and culture of the new clinic.

You’ll lead a team of two Vets with strong support, working four days per week and sharing weekend rota duties. The clinic promises a modern, well-equipped space focused on exceptional patient care within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Around five years’ clinical veterinary experience.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 4 days per week and participate in weekend rota.
• No OOHs obligation.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Director position within a brand-new practice.
• Independent, first-opinion veterinary practice.
• Experienced multi-vet and support team.
• Help shape the clinical direction and culture of the practice.
