Job summary

Riverside Motor Group is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our Hull Volvo team. You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs and routine servicing across a range of vehicles at our Hull dealership.

The role requires a Level 3 IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance, strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and service advisors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a similar workshop environment.
• Strong fault-finding abilities and experience carrying out complex repairs.
• A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Carry out advanced vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing in line with manufacturer and factory standards.
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections, accurately identifying faults and recommending additional work.
• Clearly communicate technical issues and repair requirements to customers in a professional and approachable manner.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies, manufacturer specifications, and industry regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee servicing, repairs, and parts replacement, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and customer satisfaction is achieved.
