What You’ll Do
  • Use your expertise and knowledge of assessment processes to drive best practice and pro-actively lead & develop a team of 4 VDAs
  • Prepare accurate, fair, and fully justified repair assessments using the latest repair methods.
  • Use Audatex confidently and maintain knowledge of GT Global
  • Understand insurer and customer contracts to ensure compliance
  • Record all actions and communications in our management system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator.
  • Skilled in Audatex (E-Scribe knowledge is a bonus).
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Strong communication skills for working with customers, insurers, and colleagues.
