Job summary

Vernacare International Limited is seeking a Validation Engineer for our UK manufacturing operations. The role will act as the subject matter expert for validation, ensuring robust, compliant validation across equipment, processes and systems.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations to drive efficient validation practices and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has proven experience in regulated manufacturing, strong IQ/OQ/PQ knowledge, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience in validation within a regulated manufacturing environment (medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals or similar).
• Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ and validation lifecycle principles.
• Confident working across multiple processes and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Well organised, detail focused and able to manage multiple validation activities.
• Willingness to travel to Vernacare sites across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Act as the company SME for validation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop, execute, and maintain validation master plans for equipment, processes, and systems.
• Lead and perform IQ, OQ and PQ activities on new and existing equipment.
• Support change management by identifying and delivering validation requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and site teams to support continuous improvement and compliance.
