• Proven experience leading end-to-end UX design across complex products or services.
• Hands-on craft skills able to design screenflows, prototypes, and interaction details.
• Experience leading design discovery phases including workshops and user testing.
• Fluency in behavioural design and applying human-centred design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for products and propositions.
• Own design projects, scoping, planning, and managing timelines.
• Project-manage discovery, facilitating workshops, mapping journeys, and generating insights.
• Designing screenflows and interactions, collaborating with engineers.
• Set and communicate the experience vision defining UX outcomes.
