YMCA Derbyshire's Key College is seeking an inspiring Lead Tutor to lead programmes, mentor colleagues, and shape provision for young people aged 16-24 with SEND and EHCPs.
You will deliver engaging English, maths and employability sessions, coordinate Practical Skills and Supported Internship provision across the team, and work closely with parents, carers, employers and external agencies to create lasting impact.

Driving licence and access to a car essential.

Experience supporting learners with EHCPs, employability or Supported Internships would be highly desirable.
