• Proven experience managing a transactional finance team (AP / AR / Cash Management).

• Strong systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the AP, AR and Cashbook teams.
• Oversee end-to-end transactional finance processes across AP, AR and cash management.
• Drive process improvements and support ongoing system enhancements.
• Produce and analyse KPIs to improve performance and support decision-making.
• Manage the month-end close for transactional finance, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Support the wider finance team and operational stakeholders with queries.
• Lead on supplier payment processes and credit management practices.
• Ensure strong financial controls and compliance across all transactional areas.
