Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves setting up and maintaining Traffic Management sites in NHSS compliance, delivering daily site briefings, reading CAD drawings, and ensuring safety and quality across the crew.

The successful candidates will have Lantra Traffic Management qualifications, a valid UK driving licence (max 6 points), and the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure safe, high-quality work plans with the crew.
• Comply with Health & Safety at Work Act.
• Complete RAMS and risk assessments.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
