Job summary

Pinson TM is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. Operatives with Traffic Management experience are invited to apply for roles with one of the leading Traffic Management clients.

Role includes driving an IPV, setting up sites, delivering daily briefs, and ensuring compliance with NHSS and Health & Safety at Work. CAD reading and risk assessments are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Deliver site daily briefings.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure Health & Safety at Work Act compliance at all times.
• Complete Risk Assessments and daily vehicle checks; report defects.
• Report near misses to TSCO or Operations Managers; ensure team safety and quality.
