Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join the expanding team in the UK. You will drive an IPV and manage traffic control on sites in accordance with NHSS, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.

The role requires Lantra qualifications, the ability to pass drugs and alcohol screening, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK. Training and progression opportunities are provided within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management operations and site setup.
• Ability to read and interpret NHSS requirements and CAD drawings.
• Commitment to health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and operate traffic management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Set up, maintain and remove traffic management sites.
• Deliver daily site briefings to crew.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensure safe working practices and compliance with RAMS.
• Complete Risk Assessments and daily vehicle checks.
