Job summary

Kainos is seeking a Lead Test Engineer to drive testing strategy, design automated/manual/non-functional tests, and ensure quality across delivery. You’ll lead a small team, coach colleagues, and interact with customers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll champion modern QA practices, mentor peers, and help shape testing approaches while continuing to learn new technologies with talented colleagues who support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading test strategies across automated and manual testing layers.
• Proven ability to manage and develop testers, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews.
• Strong practical knowledge of modern QA tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing strategy and design of automated, manual, and non-functional tests.
• Provide direction and leadership to a small team, coaching and developing staff.
