• Strong understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Offshore experience or valid tickets would be an advantage.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm | Full-time | Office-based with occasional offshore travel

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced engineer to shape a new team from day one, supporting complex projects across the offshore, marine, and energy sectors.

You'll play a key role in delivering technical excellence, managing budgets, ensuring documentation quality, and providing hands-on engineering input both onshore and offshore.

What You\'ll Be Doing as Lead Technical Support Engineer

• Establish and lead a small team delivering high-quality technical support and documentation for offshore and onshore engineering projects.
• Manage and track budgets, costs, forecasts, and project documentation through the full lifecycle.
• Oversee technical deliverables including procedures, lifting plans, risk assessments, material lists, work packs, and change reports.
• Conduct and support offshore surveys and project scopes (approx. 20-30 days offshore per year).
• Collaborate closely with internal project, operations, and integrity teams to ensure technical accuracy and safe delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers while continuously improving processes and standards.
