Qualifications

• 6-12 months relevant experience in project management within medical device development.
• Experience leading R&D teams in complex medical devices, consumables, or IVD products.
• Demonstrated experience in compliance with regulated development environments.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-disciplinary teams to develop complex medical devices.
• Collaborate for budget planning and resource allocation.
• Ensure contractual deliverables are prepared accurately and on schedule.
• Identify and resolve cross-functional issues impacting programme delivery.

Skills

Technical grounding in hardware or fluidics-based medical technologies

Project/programme management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.)

Strong understanding of mechanical and fluidics principles

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira/Atlassian)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Proficient in MS Project and Office 365 suite

Education

Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
